Terrier Claims Services opened its Bellingham, Massachusetts office in January of 2006. This expansion enabled TCS to continue its growth as a north eastern company.
The Massachusetts office covers MA, RI, CT, lower NH, VT, and ME. This office provides all of our regular services except first party property.
Since opening, the Bellingham office has well established itself as one of the premier investigative outfits in Massachusetts.
John Brumbaugh is the field manager of the Massachusetts office. He has been with Terrier since 2004 and has six years of experience. Ryana Dorcey is the office manager and she has been with the company since 2004 and has six years experience. John Brumbaugh came to Terrier in 2004 and has since opened our Massachusetts office. He started in the Investigative field in 2000 working for a National Company. He worked his way up to a Field Supervisor and then to an Assistant Manager. He trained new investigators and supervised the Northeast Region. He became an in-house Assistant Manager and aided in preliminary investigation, scheduling, and supervising field investigators.
John graduated from Florida State University in 1999 with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. John will be assisting in the management of the Boston Office and supervising all field investigations. John served three years in the U.S. Army with the 3rd Ranger Battalion and graduated from Ranger School.
Ryana Dorcey joined Terrier Claims Services in 2004 as a Field Investigator and she is now the Office Manager for our Boston Office. Ryana started her Investigative Career in 2000 as a Field Investigator for a national investigative company. She then joined the background department and sales department. Ryana became the Assistant Manager for the background department where she continued to carry a full case load and assisted in managing other investigators.
Ryana Graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1999 with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and currently holds a "C" Investigators License in Florida.
