David Perini, Partner – oversees both the Pleasantville, NY and Cape Coral, FL offices. Dave has built a skilled team of professionals to investigate multiple lines of insurance and coordinate trial preparation activities. Dave has refined his skills with over ten years of experience, personally conducting and supervising investigations for SIU departments of various insurance carriers.

Dave Perini’s previous employment as an investigator with the State of New Jersey Office of Consumer Protection and State of New Jersey Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, highlight his depth as an investigator and his ability to integrate that knowledge to organize and supervise an elite investigative team that understands the needs of the TCS client.

In his first year of employment with TCS, Dave was recognized as employee of the year. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from PACE University where he was also a member of the varsity football team. Dave is a New York State Casualty Adjuster and a licensed private investigator.

Scott began working for Terrier Claims Services in 2004 as an investigator and then left to become the senior legal investigator for a large SW Florida area law firm for 5 years. Prior to all of this, Scott worked for the New York City Police Department as a detective and upon his retirement had been promoted to the rank of 2nd grade Detective. While with the Police Department, his expertise was in the fields of fraud and impersonations. He attended classes within the police department on surveillance, counter-surveillance, frauds, auto-crimes and photography.

Scott returned to Terrier Claims Services in 2010 to manage our new office in Cape Coral, Florida.

Scott is a graduate of the U.S. Army ROTC basic training camp and attended Marion Military Institute in Alabama. He is married and has two children and three grandchildren.
