Our insurance investigators come from a multitude of backgrounds; ex law enforcement, insurance industry and college criminal justice major recruits.

At TCS we investigate a large variety of claims from all lines of the insurance industry.

Some of the duties include:

• Conduct full field investigations related to insurance claims, including scene investigations, signed/recorded statements, locates for multi-lines of insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, etc.
• Subpoena service
• Review of litigation file
• Formulate litigation strategy
• Various Courthouse research
• Transportation of witnesses
• Coordination of medical experts, witnesses for trial
• Medical records review
• Writing investigative reports
• Manage caseload and work efficiently in the field
• Adhere to a strict diary
